National City business owners and residents have joined San Diego residents in seeking to hold their government accountable for the catastrophic flooding in January 2024.

The National City 2024 Mass Tort Lawsuit

Evan has again teamed up with Engstrom, Lipscomb & Lack, a legal powerhouse from Beverly Hills, to file suit against the National City.

Their lawsuit was filed on December 3, 2024 on behalf of National City businesses and residents. They seek $40,000,000 in damages.

Evan Walker
