The National City 2024 Mass Tort Lawsuit
Evan has again teamed up with Engstrom, Lipscomb & Lack, a legal powerhouse from Beverly Hills, to file suit against the National City.
Their lawsuit was filed on December 3, 2024 on behalf of National City businesses and residents. They seek $40,000,000 in damages. Here’s a copy of the lawsuit.
